In-bound Travel is a highly professional organisation that provides fabulous support for every phase of event organisation: selection, preparation and operation. I was General Chair of a conference with about 150 delegates being hosted in London, and as part of the programme needed to organise a welcome reception and a conference banquet. In the selection phase, Jeff Blackwell offered extremely inventive and imaginative ideas that would showcase London and be relevant to and enjoyable for the delegates, and was very supportive during site inspections, offering advice and recommendations that were specifically tailored to our needs. Having made the choice of venues, he used his considerable knowledge and years of experience to negotiate on our behalf with the venues and to devise a schedule that would ensure that the event would run smoothly, both to enhance the experience but also to anticipate and so pre-empt potential problems in advance. Then during the events themselves he was on hand to ensure from the moment the first delegate arrived until the last one left everything was in order: his attention to detail and his consideration for everyone involved – the host, the delegates and the venues – was superb. The result was that this was one conference in an annual series, and delegates still remark to me that these were two of the best events of any conference they have attended. It is no surprise at all that the venues themselves were really keen to work with Inbound Travel and Jeff Blackwell in particular; he delivers to the highest quality, standards and expectations. I would strongly recommend anyone involved in London conference organisation to benefit from this unique and bespoke company.

Many thanks for the excellent arrangements for the ladies programme which you organised for the ECTA Conference in London. As you will recall, the Conference moves around the eight Association member countries and there is inevitably an element of competition and 'match that'. We received nothing but praise!

From our clients I only heard compliments and that they enjoyed themselves very much. The secret garden was a very good choice for our lunch and the food was excellent!
